for those who said that they can not access msn or hotmail:
for the hotmail , try to type the ip address instead of the website name, for eg, lets say that the ip for the hotmail is : 77.777.777.77
u write in the address bar: www .77.777.777.77. com
this might help u .
for the msn, go to webmessengers, ebuddy, mebbo.com( i like this one ) or any other website u know, and if u can not access these websites, do the same thing as i mentioned before, put the ip instead of the name !!!
