Pawns advancement

Lets talk about the pawns advancement, Its important to know that!

As you know, Chess pawns are like the soldiers of the war, u loose them, its difficult to win the game. In order to advance your soldiers you need a good strategy.
First we should know that pawns serve two purposes:
1) To open lines
2) To gain space

Now Let's assume that the position is closed.

How do you open the position?
You advance your Pawns and exchange them!
It depends on the postion like for instant, you dont push pawns at random! you advane those that come into dynamic contact with the enemy pawns, you advance for puposes, like open the line for the rook, to have an empty space for another piece like the knight ect.

Two things you should keep in your mind:
1)Dont advance a pawn leaving a chance for your opponent to attack your king!

2)Advanced Pawns easily become detached from the rest of their army and yet becomes and easy target by your opponent. Try to keep an army advance instead of 1 pawn.
