For the 1st puzzel:

The answer is Qc3 Rd1 [ If Rb1 2.Ne3
#] 2. Na3#

Your answer is right.., but Qc3 not Qc6 maybe you
got confused with the numbers.

Qf8 your answer is correct.

3rd one:
Your answer is correct 90% =P, this is the full answer,
1.Ba3 B5, [If 1..Ne4 2.Qxe4#, 1..Nxf3 2.Qd3#, 1...Bc1 2.Bxc1#] 2.Bc5#

if 1. Qa1 e5 ?? it isn't right .. give it one more shot ! The idea is to control d4 as well but to maintain all the threatenings of mate

Qh5 is wrong. There are some variants of mate . Take a better look.
