*White to move,
1)What is the best move for white?
2)Evaluate the board in terms of the two opponents?
3)Who is better and what is the probable outcomes?
4)Is there any checkmate, if yes, how?

1)Best move for white is Nc7 if Ra1 then Kc2 or he could start thinking of defence..

2) both white and black are attacking but white has no check moves

3) the black is better because has many checks : Ra1 and Qc6 after Ra1

4) there is checkmate for black:

1)Ra1-Kc2
2)Qc6+-kXb3
3)Qa4+- Kc4
4)Qa2+-Kb5
5)Qa6#

in Q:4, white can prevent the Qc6 check so we cant count it as a checkmate<as i said white turn> for black, because it can be prevented by white, though nice try

there is nothing white can do to prevent Qc6 check only by bishop if he covers with bishop queen will capture it..if with the knight the pawn will capture it.
