New V.I.P usergroup

First i'd like to thank you all for joining us, i have considered making a new usergroup called V.I.P which will represent:
1) Fedration Masters
2) International Masters
3) Grand Masters
4) Users postings above 500, reputaion level atleast 50.
5) Very active members.

The V.I.P usergroup will have more accesses and options on the website.
