How do I add money?

How long does a deposit take?

Most are approved within a few hours during working hours. Transfers made overnight or at weekends are approved the next working day.

What does the withdrawal fee cost me?

Withdrawals carry a 20% fee with a $5.00 minimum. That fee is how ChessLeaders makes money — there is no rake on games.

What happens if I lose connection mid-game?

You have 60 seconds to reconnect. If you do not, you forfeit and your opponent takes the pot. A game abandoned within the first 2 moves is voided and both stakes are refunded.

Can the platform play against me?

No. Every match is between two registered players at the same stake. ChessLeaders holds the escrow and records the result; it never takes a side.
